Being responsible & serious in exchange of pointers in a forum should never in the process deprive the forumites a chance to share joy and laughter, nor to completely wipeout creativity.
In the ancient time, there are jokers for the king.
In a deck of cards, there are jokers' card.
In a forum, there are jokers/spammers.
The presence of these 'people' add a light touch and fun in a solemn discussion context. Full eradication of them will simply be too rigid and strict yet omitpresent will cloud the forum as crap. Grasping the right amount is certainly an art.

My sole purpose is to inject fun and stimulate critical/creative thinking with gif graphic into my topic point of discussion and I cannot see why it is being close. Moreover, the time interval between parts are created in a period of months. It is clearly understood that my intent is not to spam but to bring higher order thinking into forum discussion.
