I know of 2 ppl who do that. I dont think its okay because it pollutes the sea !! I dont think the fishes want ciggarettes for lunch !!!

The fishes won't die lah... it either they are choked... or we die... coz we will take in the chemical and tonix if the fishes are able to digest the ciga... -
