  My eyes sometimes when see far see people's eyes like blur.. cannot see clearly.. is there problem with my eyes?

  Please do not have any doubts because your eyes are really in trouble... Try to see a doctor before you get blind and when you can still find your way to the hospital or clinic...

  Maybe is because sgforums background is white then too bright then too much sgforums then like that.
  
  I have adjusted the monitor brightness yesterday.
  
  I mean, when I look at people who are far away, and I see their eyes, cannot see clearly. Usually its under bright light.

  ur accomodation cannot pass. go for eye servicing and oil ur ciliary muscles.

  1. Buy a screen shield... To reduce the brightness of the screen or background as well as the radiation that you are being exposured too... maybe the radiation is causing your head to be giddy and thus your eyes are unable to focus well on people that are far away from you and their eyes...
  
  2. Wear a sunglasses or shades so that the screen's background would not appear too bright to you...
  
  3. After every 30 minutes of looking at the screen... look afar for about 5 minutes...
  
  Hope the above helps and you are able to see improvement in your eyes very soon...
