Girls, What do u do if ur arms got 2 shades

  as in the upper part lighter shade and the lower part darker... anyway to make it even? .. the dark part fairer if possible.

  i was borned fair. i oways try to avoid the sun. i tan easily but difficult to fade. during skoolin days, i got so dark dat one idiotic ger called me bao gong.
  
  now, the only time i exposed to the direct sun, is on the trip to werk. liddat i will oso get dark.
  
  bt 4 yrs ago, i made the terrible mistake of going for the big walk w/o any uv protection.
  
  since den, i've been applyin sunblock religiously in the hope dat the black black no-sleeve-part will go away years later.
