Honestly, I think one's health is so important, and i think your body does speak for itself! Indeed nowadays, there are girls who are getting real skinny and it is disgusting too!
I do not mind my gf to be an average looking girl, but i will despise one who does not take care of her health, needless to say her body too! First impression counts!
To speak the truth, i do have friends who come to me and ask me how to loose weight. I tell them exactly how and what they should be doing. Most of the time they'll just crap out after a week and tell me they just have no time....EXCUSES!
I had a guy friend who was once very fat, he asked if i could help and i did. At the end of 8 weeks, he shed 6 inches off his waist! Now that's true determination! -

Mind you, i have a fren who is really fat (over 90kg ard 1.5 cam in height) she's poor, an orphan, live in a one room flat and live on subsidies. No1 is genetically FAT! there are 3 different body types and yes some people get fat easier.
Then again, its not an excuse for you to be FAT! you still can watch your diet!
