  i would like to ask if any one can tell me some advantages and disadvantages
  between Nikon D50 n D70s..

  D50 is good for most purposes, and is recommended over D70 unless u need certain controls which are not available on the D50 or you prefer to have manual focus/aperture/shutter sp. control over them.
  
  some of the features of D50 is kind of simplified and automated compared to D70, and is good enough for general SLR photography.

  specs wise it's almost the same, most ppl will prefer D50 since "it's cheaper and can do the same thing", but there will always be a few photographers who can appreciate what D70 can do (and know how to use it to the fullest) when a special moment comes.
