Is there disharmony in your workplace?

I noticed that in my team, ppl of certain race doesn't really socialise with ppl of another race. Recently my dept got into trouble bcos someone in the team complain that the we do not mix with them & the local dialect we use when around them makes them feel uncomfortable. A group of us were ask to meet the HR director over this issue.
Does this thing happen in your workplace? How did you overcome such thing -

there isnt any disharmony at my workplace.
as u can see, i get along very well with my finance, admins, storeman, recept staffs. cos i'm occupying all these positions myself. -

Disharmony & politics are everywhere. We can try to prevent them but not remove them totally.

I think it is unavoidable... just have to learn to live with it...

My past experiences are the middle age aunites that stir the most trouble.
They would use their tongue to creat disharmony among the colleagues.
Most of the time, they would be the one that smile at you all the time and nice to you and stab you the hardest at the back.
I guess it is partly their inner hunger for seeking public attention and the victory of saboing a fellow colleague.
Sometime, it is just plain jealousy of the achievement of a fellow colleague.
So, beware of the vicious auntie gang and power.
Dun anyhow offend any aunites or you have to pay the heavy price. -

my company got conflict but we got monthly wrestling match those not happy even withh the boss can say so and issue a challenge to the opponent in the ring so can wack those u dun like once every month...ring side sits also offer betting options to see who win the match
