Waking up with a dead hand...

Has anyone ever had that? ya know when you sleep and your hand/whole arm ends up over or under your head or pinned by your body and blood circulation actually stops. You'll wake up the next morning and your hand/whole arm is limp like its dead.
Happened to me a month ago, man I was scared at first coz IT WON'T MOVE!!!! IT WON'T MOVE!!!!!! Then I streched it out, blood started flowing and I regained controlled... *phew*
But recently it happened alot.... Is that healthy? -

i only wake up with numb hand or leg.. like alot ants bite

yeah coz i tend to lay my hands under my pillow when i sleep...happened to me several times

hahaha... i once woke up with a dead head. something told me i mustn't wake up cuz i dun want to...

for it to be dead, the pressure must be very high (something real heavy on top) and really cut off the blood supply for some time. or your nerves got severed lar.
sleeping wont be that bad lar, unless you sleep with a huge rock on top of your hand. you aint that heavy yet to cause that effect.
Just some information from the back of my head. Dun think its totally rite. dun flame me! -

Normally when u have dead hand is because during ur sleep , ur hands were at an angle or weight was on it at a position where u didnt move for a long time n it clogs the blood.
Nothing to be worried about , due to sleeping positions may affect it.
At least u dun go punching pillows awake he he~ -

I only feel numb in my hands.. Never feel dead hands before..
Will feel Pins and needles after the blood flow back into my hands..
Maybe your hand was a few mins away from being cut off due to no blood circulation.. Luckily you wake up in time..

Haha....yes I've got that before. But it happens to me very infrequently. Nothing to worry about really. Just wait a couple of minutes and it'll go back to normal. Thanks goodness you didn't wake up with a limpy manhood. You should wake up with blood-filled one!

got.. there was once that it was really painful that i could not get up at all..
wat happened prior to that was that i had too many projects to do, and so i brought my heavy and bulky laptop to sch almost everyday.. strained my arm.. bobian but to go see doc and take mc. -
It happens to me, not only to my hand, my legs as well.
Someone mentioned about 'huang dan bin'. I have that too.
