  erm yah its taht kinda hairstyle and also the slightly longer version of it. i'm not saying that its not nice but what i'm trying to say here is not everybody suits that kind of hair. but most of them i see in SG doesnt really suit them. the main problem is they have this kinda hairstyle yet they they are not dressed ruggard(duno if its spelt this way) enuff. its either this reason or another reason is the shape of their face doesnt suit this kinda hairstyle.
