  Is she a widow? Why her husband not King? And UK national athem keep changing according to their King/Queen gender?
  
  Are they the only few countries still addressing a almost useless person as King/Queen?

  she ascended the throne becoz she was next in line after her father, King George vI, was abdicated. there were no male heirs for that..thats why she was next in line... for sure, the next coronation will be a King. King Charles and King William later on

  I didnt knew the Duke of Edinburgh is dead.
  
  Her husband not King is mainly because when QE II ascended to the throne she was the heir to the throne. easy as that.
