  policy.for eg u sign a contract with harvey norman so as to so called protect ur appliances bought frm the retail chain.For eg if ur tv spoil after 2 yrs,harvey norman will exhange 1 for u for free....blablabla....extention can be covered as long as 5 years.
  
  any1 noes does it covers for mp3 players like IPOD??roughly how much the contract?

  Not sure if it covers MP3 and stuffs. If you want iPod, get from Apple is a better option.
