  Usually Asians, esp Singaporeans dun care one. The angmoh will bother to ask "Anything I can help?"
  
  Experienced that before. Cried badly at a park after a loved one died and the funeral was over. Singaporeans tried the most best to avoid looking.... act blur... act never see. One angmoh couple were doing their stroll, stopped and asked to offer help.
  
  So many Singaporeans want to act westernised, be ang moh pai... but this kind of thing they dunno how to learn from ang moh.

  One of my friends who went for a backpack tour in europe, followed a pretty girl who looks like needing help , was chloroformed and passed out .
