YEsterday while having my PE lesson in School, I heard some people reported seeing a Flasher outside my school. It's around JW St42 and Ave 1. Some of my friends who encountered the flasher is tramatized. I hope girls staying around the area becareful.

well i think that they are perverts. nothing really mad bout them, as such perverts don't really do much harm except flashing. but just that what makes them mad is that their actions they do eventually becomes a habit. so that's what makes them a flasher.
