By the way , know what's a call back card ?
Briefly as in ..... you buy a XXX telco Call-Back Top-Up card , say $10 , you got 300 minutes talk-time .
Then you SMS the XXX company your phone number , with that card pin to register and activate the call-back faility .
Upon activation , when you need to call a friend , you dial : for instance 1521-065-your friend's handphone number , then hang up , wait for 3 seconds , phone ring again ( they call back ) , you pick up , then talk like a normal call .
Call back card is cheap ..... Starhub per minute charge is $0.1575 , but call back charge $0.0595 per minute .
I have been using Sunpage 1521-Call Back for months , very happy with it , talk like hell , until recently , they changed their terms and conditions .
They really bastard , i bought 10 cards each time , top-up according one by one , at 330 minutes , plus 30 minutes FOC .
Then one day , after i top-up , i discover they only offer me 225 minutes talk time , instead of 300 minutes .
I call them , complaint , they replied with effect from 27th July , no longer 300 minutes talktime , only 225 !
Bastard , felt cheated , complaint to IDA , still waiting for IDA's reply !
When i bought the cards , was told 300 minutes , then they suka suka amend their T & C ...... until it became 225 minutes , without prior notice !
Furthermore , they implement new ruling , each call-back now will cost $0.10 each call , previously don't have !
Now boycotting their cards , any one used Call Back card ? Which brand is good ? Or heard is good ?
Good as in no need $0.10 call back charges and good talk time like 300 minutes will be good ?
