he: can see and talk to spirit. he prove it to me by grabing a spirit into a container and lock it up. the contianer shake violently.
me: can sense they are around me sometime, if lucky, manage to see some.
dont worry, they are not out to harm us or disturb. if you ever encounter, just dont kao bei. pretend nothing. as you never disturb them, they wont disturb you. -

I have this friend who can see and communicate with beings of the other realm. He says if I encounter them, can seek his help.

Just to share my experiences.... Sometimes, my body cannot be controlled by myself when I sleep, but I know I'm awake. I hear strange strange sounds that is not a language that I know. This has happen to me many times before but everytime when I encounter these, I'll just pray and the thing will be gone. No kidding....

Nope, didn't see them before. The encounters I had were very real. Kinda scary when you know you are awake but you can't do anything. -
