everyday we stare at com, shld do some eyes exercises..
There's the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, pause whatever youÂ’re doing and stare at something 20 feet away about 10-15 paces away) for 20 seconds.
20 minutes - Take a break every 20 minutes
20 feet - Look away from your monitor, and stare at something 20 feet away
20 seconds - Stare at it for at least 20 seconds
i rem when i pri or sec sch, iz complusory to do eye exercises every morning at flag assembly, still rem got 4 steps, but forget how to do liao.. any1 knows/has pics?
Any other types of exercises for our precious "windows to our soul"?

so anyone can rem the exercise steps in pri sch? i find them v good actually
must protect our eyes wor....esp those wear contact lens must wash clean clean.. -
