  1. good hospitality:-
  
  When u order food from them, either they like to "Ahh , what?" ... ...dont hear u properly and end up giving the wrong order Or talk to u like as if u are small children
  
  2. Good image PR
  
  Sometimes u can see those table cleaners and the coffeeshop owner arguing fighting like small kid.
  
  3. Good drink service
  . When u sit down to eat they assume u will order drink and if u don't , they treat u like a weirdo.
