M1 & Singtel subscribers

Hi there, I got a sms problem with my friend who is using M1 service and I can't receive her sms. I'm using singtel service, I can receive sms from most of my friends except her.
Anybody encounter this problem before, any advices are welcomed. -
As logic and common sense tell me, it's your friend's hp which is the problem...

got. many many yrs ago when my sms communications is on 24 hours one. sometimes if lag will feel weird with the response then call to check. best is my gf might not pick up cos she dun like to talk on phone.
