interview help!

  I'm going for an interview for an senior executive position at one of our 5 stars hotel.
  
  The thing is, the director told me over the phone,
  
  "Don't bother wearing formal or professional! I'm not hiring a general manager or whatever. Just be comfortable. Okay?"
  
  That being said,
  
  WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Anybody with ideas?

  long sleeve shirt with black pants..probably no need tie...
