  Before you pin up any notice(s), please bring the notice to the customer service counter and let them endorse before posting it on their notice board. If they do not endorse and found your notice there, they will remove it immediately.

  Any notices need to be submitted for their endorsement of censorship before they'll allow you to paste it up.
