Sometimes lah... When people in distress, me most of the times happened to be around the area or sector...
Last time me was fishing at the Lim Chu Kang jetty just after the Coast Guard camp, a car came clashing into the water at high speed... Me went to call for help at the camp and attempted to rescue some passengers out of the sinking car...
