Poly GPA of 1.67 can go to private degree?

  If someone have a poly GPA of 1.67 but without any supp papers nor repeat of modules is it possible that he can get into private degree courses?

  Its more appropriate to say if you have $$$, they'll let you in irregardless.

  The way u say it, it is as if SIM is a third-rate school. It is not, in fact it is one of the biggest Private schools in singapore, and also, its arm UniSim is the fourth university of Singapore, so that tells u something about its credentials

  you are dead wrong...SIM may not be as strict as local U in terms of entry requirement but they still have their own basic requirement set by the various Uni they represent,they will even interview those borderline cases to ensure these people have what it take to take up the relevant courses.
  
  SIM did not get recognized as the 4th Uni of singapore for nothing.

  Erm... I have a friend who have repeated modules in the poly gets admitted into SIM-UOL... He studied engineering somemore...

  agree wif u. i got a former classmate who is a gal also did badly in poly too. but she did a different course (engineering to accounting) in SIM.
  
  as long as u have diploma n cash, SIM is open for u.

  worst comes to worst is to use you O lvl cert to enroll for SIM's diploma courses then from there progress to their bachelor programmes.
