Hi, my ligament has been giving me some problems lately. I visited the doctor 2 weeks ago, and he asked me to take a break from running for one week. I did as such, but when I resumed running one week later, the discomfort is still there.
I then went to a sinseh after that, and he said it's some vein problem. He also asked me to take a break for one week.
I just resumed running again last night, and after 2 km or so, the discomfort returned.
Will the discomfort go away gradually if I stop running?
Rest more and eat more meat in meanwhile.

you are already injured...more impact on injuries will only cause more injury...
My ligament tore to half and got it remove from my knee ...
Go get a scan is the safest ...
Stop all excerise for the time being ..

maybe u should take longer break..mths
swimming might be a good rehab training...in case you dont want to lose your stamina..
is there any other form of sports that I can do other than swimming?
Also, is there any form of warm-up exercise for the ligaments?
