My school lecturer suck, who should I complain to?

1 of my Poly sch lecturer really suck, very unprofessional, attidute got problem, don't know how to teach ppl one, I'm thinking report to MOE, what do u think?

Polys and ITEs are statutory boards under MOE, as opposed to real schools (pri, sec, jc, MI).
They are very independent and not MOE controlled, although MOE can advise. -

but if you really want...can go to your course director...

Approach the head (director) of your course or your School (not poly). Or just go to the office of your School to complain. -

This means that the payslips of all poly staff, lecturers and tutors are not from MOE (ie. the polys are a private owned institution), but MOE can issue instructions ("guidelines") to polys that they must obey, or investigate them if any incident threatens the reputation of Singapore education system, or else (if the polys don't obey MOE, they) run afoul of the law.
Singapore govt has (potential) control of everything in Sg, which is a double-edged sword, with both pros and cons. -
Hmm.. who here during Secondary school. got kena MOE auditing?
That's when Auditors from MOE will pay your school a month's visit and ask students and teachers some questions.
Surprisingly, when the auditors requested that the Class Monitor is to be asked questions....
for my class (i was monitor and very vocal one), my vice monitor went instead...
my vice monitor is a quiet person. -
