It's great with meats. You can call it Ang Mo Soysauce if you like
Just add a dash of it to your marinate
It work wonders in stews, in sweet and sou pork in char siew
Even with Chicken wings it's nice. But it's just adding some to your overall marinade not as the main ingredient in your marinade
and it's great with tomato based pastas -

The other ridiculous things are - more than 10 types of spices, more than 5 sauces (chili, ketchup, bbq, honey mustard, oyster sauce, etc.), among others. -
