Well maybe they really don't have such things happenuing or maybe because they don't believe in 7th months . So whenever someone have such encounter nia they will bring them for mental treatment ? Who knows ? And since their side have so many drug addicts , even if they keep seeing it , they will take it as a side effect of taking drugs .

The question should not be why is it that non-chinese countries don't experience ghost, but should be why only Chinese ghosts can come out and party during the 7 month. How come ang moh ghosts cannot?
