u stupid la, your sec school social studies teacher never teach you meh? this kind of thing is always must say "Singapore's education is better than America's education...but to a small extent" if u say this it means you didnt really say anything useful but still can sound profound. cuz like u just said singapore is better, but then again not really. and then u must talk more stupid crap like cross reference and then explicitly show how singapore is better but onyl to a small extent. like you say "American kids all dunno anything about rest of the world, which means they suck." Singapore education system tends to excel in basic imparting of knowledge but lags behind in teaching and application of critical thinking skills and creativity. in the US it's the other way round.
