n public I sometimes see those small young children heartessly treated by their parent hurts me. Imagine how it would suffer at home -

These kids sometime get really irritating when they cry at sub-sonic pitch in public transport...
But I feel for them too... -

I wouldn't pity them...my parents scolded me in public and I turned out ok.

depends on what they get scolded for though really.
some parents go WAYYYYY overboard
