Industrialist and economist knows that MNC'S are slowly shifting from their mother country to other developing markets like india and parts of asia
This is attributed by the need to deliver products to customer at a lower and more afforadable cost while maximisng profits and staying grabbing a larger share of the market against t heir competitors This is usually done by cutting labour cost, seeking lower tax tarifs.
But many developing markets are too slowly becoming developed,we might nt see them soon but sooner they will be,even india is going software! and having their own silicon production while having joint ventures with giants like sony and Sun system.
The saturation in their motherland market also means lesser revenues generated there and thus need to source for better and open market for increase growth. well, what i wanna know is that will MNC'S still b able to keep up with the profits needed to run their colosossus name If somehow they are nt able to implement a totally new and technological advances like hybrid cars in the market on a large afforadble cost or... break through in nano-tech and other inventions
will they b able to stay on track and stay in the highly compeitive world? anyone?
