why sometimes my internet connection is broken?

does anyone else have this problem?
then during the period, die die cannot go online.
when it works again, i dunno how it repair itself.
i dunno whether it is the phone line plug which is a bit loose that causes it. -
singnet, mol or pacnet?

maybe its ur phone line....gotta call them and check.....GD LUCK. U will need it when u call them.
