How do you eat your tau huey?

  do you stir it until it became lan lan den eat or you try your hardest not to mash it and eat it sponeful?

  I like to eat it by the spoonful
  Actually I like to sub tofu with tau huey for mapao tofu too
  Just cook the mapao tofu sauce, and you buy something really nice and smooth tau huey without the sugar syrup and drain off all the water.
  Pour the mapao tofu sauce over and I think it's even more shiok than eating it with silken tofu.

  eat slowly. i usually eat the top part with out the syrup 1st. around the middle, then i mix with the syrup.

  i dun stir it... and i always buy dao huey mixed with dao huey jui...

  piece by piece then i smash it in my mouth...gurgle it...then spit it out...repeat the process again...and then swallow...
