What is your job? If is in the service line with customers seeing you, it is wrong coz it you are representing your company so must be careful. But if like you work in warehouse where no customers or public sees you, then nvm

Your company sponsor the team for obvious reasons rite. To increase the company profile by footballing means. To maximum it's branding across the board... it is good that it's staff also support it's cause.
Once u step out of the company after work, wear other jersey for all u care.
