Hi people, anyone knows whether I can upgrade my broadband before my contract ends?
Like for example: if my contract ends on 3rd november, must I wait till that day before I can upgrade my broadband connection from 512k to 1500k? Or do they allow few months before it ends and I can change my plan?

They will mail you and you can do the upgrade before it ends. If you do it after it ends, be prepared for a nice bill.

I'm paying $55 per month now. And the current promotion for 1500 is like less then $40?

No one but the good customer service ppl of your respective ISP can tell you more and better....pick up your phone and give them a call. if you cannot afford a call, try using your company's phone.

If yours is ending after 30 August, even if you upgrade now, the plan will only be effective after your contract ends, which means you have to pay non-promotional rates. -
