whats the solutions for this scenerio?

u are doing the cashering work, when the delivery man comes in with cartons of goods, u c the invoice...signed and paid him the correct Total+gst amount, u ask him is it ok, he sais okie..then left the shop..then 3 mins later, he returned.. and said that u paid him less without the gst amount dat means the total sum without gst .....how would u react to this?
ps* cos this happen 2 mi not once oredi!

Don't give of course since he already agreed that the amount paid is correct... Unless he show on the spot la... Who knows whether he kept the money anot...

Countercheck with the delivery man that he has acknowledged the total amount and correct amount received before he leaves... If he denies, then don't pay him as demanded...
Solution 2:
Call up his company and state your case to them, at the sametime, citing this isn't an isolated case... Get the person in-charge to contact the delivery man for clarification... -
since its signed... there's no reason to get extra money. btw is there any receipt give to u?
