  anyone know the website for chijmes?
  
  I like to check out the rates for holding functions there.

  CHIJMES is under Suntec REIT
  
  where do u want to hold ur function? in the middle of CHIJMES?
  
  if it's in one of the restaurants, u have to approach the restaurant

  yah. Reit stands for Real estate investment trust. It is a financial instrument similar to the structure of shares with slight differences. For example, dividends earned on reits is currently tax exempted in Singapore.
