The currency denoted in their website states SGD.
I went down yesterday to get some bar equipment. When doing a check on the web, the total came up to $28. But when I got the stuff from the shop, the total was $37 instead.

How come you don't check the website first, then go and buy?

I didn't sum up the total ma... After paying then I realised that I was overcharged. Anyway I've sent an email to barworks to ask for an explanation. Hope that they will be able to provide me with a satisfactory answer.

So for now you can rule out currency exchange as a cause. What if they tell you the prices reflected on their website was not updated?
