I dont think all their products are bad. For example, their soundcards are great and is considered the standard for entertainment and games.
About the mp3 player problems, it seemed to be limited to hard disk based mp3 players. I didnt see anyone that used the flash memory based players and had any problem. I myself used the MuVo S200 and its still working after months.
I only have 1 complain through. Its transfer speed is slower than other flashed based players. -

To all people who want to dismiss one particular brand as poor because of a few isolated experiences, just know that there a always complications with technology.
Problems can arise because of bad batch, poor usage by owner or it may even be that you're unlucky. There are many possible reasons why your purchase dies on you.
I have two friends who have been using similar handphones for the past 5 years. Yet only one of them constantly has problems has to service 4 to 5 times within warranty period, whereas the other person using the same model has no problems at all even after warranty period.
Technology, it's a complicated thing.
