is it true that most companies don't like their employees to work overtime?

but i do not do OT
official working hrs is 9am to 6pm
must report to work at 9am
so oso must knock off at 6pm zun zun loh!
no OT unless got OT pay and dinner and transport allowance
if not, dun gimme so much work. -

I was asked to do OT a few time but was too tired so didn't do OT.
I'm a contract staff as a Data Entry Clerk. -
even all the employees die, my boss also wun know. wat do u think?

i quit my last job because my new boss said, "as the head of a dept you must be the first to come and the last to leave."
that spanish foreign talent doesnt know wtf he is talking. -
All depends on what company you are in.
For those global ones that are doing very well and have to juggle lots of contracts, they like OTs coz it will only make sure they get things out in time and earns more.
But for those just coping badly and passing everyday just on the edge of making loss, of course they would prefer their workers to finish mountains of works in less time -

Dun think bosses bother whether you work OT or not so long as the work gets done on time
