Why do we need so many diff academy from the existg one?

  Sometimes I just wonder what is the point of
  
  Setting up a Media Academy , An extra law studies in SMU and Arts Institute
  
  Issit justified and will there be enuff enrolment
  
  or are we only trying to bring in foreign revenue ??
