can't sign in MSN

don't tell me post in IT because I don't have 1 day to wait for it
It says "Signing in to MSN messenger failed because service unavailable"
I checked the service status it says "Stable and Running"
I installed uninstalled restarted and shut down but still cannot sign in and get that message
I install different versions also cannot.. -

i looked into the johnathan kay website, seems like alot of people also cannot log inOriginally posted by rathcycle:reinstall or use windows live messenger
they tried the method I did and all also never work
