Albertsons is a leading food and drug store in the US. Due to stiff competition, it's profit has declined over the years.
Larry Johnston came to Albertsons from GE . He made a few significant changes. These include closing stores which are making losses and reviewing supply chain to cut losses. He also brought in Ed Foreman to change the employee mindset. Ed Foreman has a 3 day Successful Life Course which include inspirational handouts , physical and mental exercises. It focuses on changing the attitude of a person.
Johnston believes strongly in Foreman's Progam. "Positive attitude is the single biggest thing that can change a business", says Johnston.

Motivation Course for employee can motivate them to strike hard and work hard for their future.
If they are working harding the company will definately benefit right ~ -
its useless.
monetary award is the only good motivator.
