  Just now at the pirated shop I ask for a particular disk which I can't find. The ah beng just point me to the direction and say "Its over there". !!???

  I think the ah beng should at least be courteous enough to say "how may I help you?" And take the extra effort to find the disk from the rack see have or not. Than just sit that bo chap and just point finger like he doesn't care.
