Watching movies at Omni Theatre is BAD!!!

Has anyone of you here watched a movie at the Omni Theatre???
I'm not talking about the usual omni-max documentaries,those are excellent to watch. I mean hollywood movies like 'POSEIDON' and 'SUPERMAN RETURNS'.
It is SO WRONG to show these movies on the giant dome screen!!!!
SO WRONG! I wasted my money watching it...it was such a bad viewing experience and they should stop screening hollywood movies there.
Watching POSEIDON is bad cos everything just goes on too big too fast for me to process.
Watching SUPERMAN RETURNS is WORSE!
This is because the movie is CONVERTED through the lens to be shown in that size and format. Not like those omni-max documentaries...because those are filmed using i-max cameras and designed for such gigantic screens.
My experience was like this:
It's like watching the movie with your nose touching your TV screen and everything is so big...especially the center,you only have time to see what's infront of you...and when the scene is moving,you will MISS SEEING A LOT of things. Your eyes/head need to move to either side and then you will miss seeing the other things going on THE OTHER PARTS OF THE SCREEN.
If you have not seen a movie there,go there...and see for yourself.
I wonder why the officials there actually allowed such movies to be screened that way.
and somemore pay about $12!!!
Anyone experienced this before???
I think they should just stop screening hollywood movies there.
Might as well go Cathay to watch! -

Don't believe me? Go there and see how ridiculous it is. It's like using a magnifying glass to watch certain PARTS of the screen. At the sides of the screen,the images gradually blur. Very distracting. I'm a big movie lover and if I had the power,I'd stop this and tell people to better spend the money at a normal cinema and experience the movie fully and appropriately. -
