Petrol companies ripping you off?

  Check out how prices of petrol have fallen more than 10% (light blue line)since National Day...
  
  (These are the wholesale prices which the stations pay for their petrol, right here from local Singapore refineries)
  
  Then start thinking about how the price *YOU* pay for petrol has stayed the same since 10 Aug....
  
  So how, you think they should keep their prices the same? What excuses you think they'll come up with this time?

  interestingly diesel prices went down with massive discounts while the wholesale prices reflected above were more or less the same.

  Eh, how about this? We gang up and buy direct from the refinery.
  Anybody got friend working on Jurong Island or not? Wonder what minimum order is - maybe 10 barrel. Maybe 1 petrol tanker. Ha ha.
