authority is not self-actualised, authority is granted by the commons through their respect granted upon your shoulders. -
Uniformed personnel are not supposed to mete out illegal punishment
especially in uniformed attire .
This will affect the public confidence in image of the uniformed group .
In SAF ,when we go out for the AHM cheering support last time , an unruly recruit was given warning only becos pumping in public will cause personal embarassment of the person and the image of the organisation to those who are not known to singapore Uniformed Group(i.e tourist)
