Never ever, cos I don't believe dying for your other half if you don't love them. And dying for anyone doesn't show that you loved him/her, it's just means that you're being very irresponsible by leaving them alone in this world.
Death, scarifice is never the only option to save your loved ones. If that's true, then this question wouldn't have a YES or NO option. -

If I was about to marry Romeo, then yes, I would sacrifice my life for his. Otherwise, the short answer is no.
For my family, I would lay my life on the line, hands-down, no questions asked.

How about looking at it in a different persepective... If you are on titanic... with your wife and child... its sinking... and you'll only last no more than 6 mins in the icy water. There isn't alot of seat on the life boat. Maybe only one for you or one for your wife and child.... What would you do. -
