ani one had this experience??

yesterdae when i was just abt to sleep ard 4 am ... suddenly felt a tinngling sensation running thru my body then, the next thing i felt was something pressing againts my chest and i couldn't get up nor move....ani movements made for the next few mins suddenly felt so difficult... after that the feeling dissapated but was too tired to bother... but i knew wat was happening.. later i felt the same sensation .. was awaken but was too tired o bother and just fell asleep...
is it normal.. i mean harmless for the victim for this to happen?

i once had this experience: one afternoon i took a nap on my bed when studying. i wanted to wake up but i cant move or get up, like something was pressing me. was so bad that i could even hear the spring of my bed being compressed.

Once i tried to wake up and open my eyelids but jus couldn.Taht time i still small kid wad.So i scream.But no sound came out.And i screamed till my throat is sore. Still no sound.My legs and hands like stuck to the body.Cannot move.Then after that can liao.My throat still feeling sore abit afterwards...Dono wad happen

The scariest thing is to wake up and realise one of your arm is completely numb and lifeless and have to use the other hand to move it.

i got alot of time where i struggle to open my eyes. i noe i awake le but my eyes jus wun open. den after a while my eyes finally open. got a few time i feel like giving up not opening my eyes but i did open eventually.
