i think that whenever people used to complain things, they blame everything from govt to parents, but not themselves..they complain that their parents is poor, unfair to them, not enuff money, etc...
so naturally, they link to kpkb? -
it means like ry father cry mother. making noise. cry = noise. whining oso make noisel so i think like dat lorz.
