Anyway, it's true that some people have better chance of growing facial hair due to their genes.
As for me, even if I shave in the morning, I get a stubble by bedtime. Right now I've got a goatee - and I intend to keep it. I only shave my cheeks, sideburns and jawline every morning, and trim my goatee once a week. -

what I'm more interested in is getting rid of facial hair. I had to deal with it since I was 13

actually I know alot of quack doctors who'd sell male or female hormones to anyone who asks them for it.
but still it's better to see an endrocrinologist first. -
