Is east coast huanted?

was at my friend bdae at east coast,stayed over the nite till the wee morning of 5.30am when i and another friend decided to leave first...
however,i needed to use the toliet and we went to the nearest changing toliets.my friend waited outside while i went in....and after watering the plants and zipped my pants,i heard rushing water few cubic away from me...
juz rush of water...apparently there wasnt anyone...
yes i did not check weatehr there was anyone..and even b4 the rushing of water,i can confirm there werent anyone..cz when i step ito the toliet,it was dead silence...any prescene of someone having his bath,wuld have made noises like footsteps on the wet floors.
[i doubt anyone wuld b showering at 5.30am,bt i'll give it a pass]
didnt thought much but i went out and asked my friend who was waiting outside if anyone had entered the toliet after i went in.he said no.I told him what happened and he said theres lotsa funny stuff...
we continue and walked but while wlaking on the cyclist path and to where we wanted to head,we heard rushing of water even from outside.....
NOTE:this particular toliet is the nearest toliet from AREA D of PIT 38-44
Its nt the toliet at the end of pit 44 but the nearest one to pit 38
A big toliet with 2 changing rooms
